A limited number of exhibit or demonstration spaces have been made available to non sponsoring vendors and organizations.
The two exhibit sessions will be on Wednesday September 1 at the Naval Postgraduate School and Friday September 3 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey.
Exhibit spaces are 10’ x 10’ with a table and up to two chairs if needed. The fee includes registration for one participant. Additional personnel needed to present the exhibit will be required to pay the early bird registration rate.

Exhibit Deliver, Set-up and Removal Information and Instructions
On Tuesday August 31, 2010, booths and materials should be delivered to: Naval Postgraduate School 1 University Circle Hermann Hall, McNitt Ballroom Monterey, CA 93943 NPS Point of Contact: TBD Exhibit spaces and numbers will be clearly marked.
NPS must be notified by August 25th of the names of all drivers, delivery and set-up personnel. Please email this information to Denise Blum, dblum@physics-math.com or fax to (520) 903-2346.
Booths may be set-up between 2pm and 5pm on Tuesday August 31 or before 11:30am on Wednesday September 1 and must be removed before 5pm on Thursday September 2nd. Please give all consideration to prevent disruption of the Thursday lunch session with booth dismantling and removal.
Utmost care must be taken to prevent any scratching and/or marring of the Ballroom’s wooden floors. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage caused by their displays.
Starting at 4pm on Thursday September 2, booths may be removed directly to the Hyatt Regency Monterey “Pacific-Grove” room for the Friday session. The room will be marked with specific space numbers and set-up should occur between 4pm and 9pm. The Friday Session will start at 8am and end at Noon. All booths must be dismantled and removed no later than 1pm on Friday September 3rd.

To fulfill NPS gate entry requirements, please have your shipping company contact Ms. Kristen Yamamoto, (831) 656-2156, kkyamamo@nps.edu with the shipping company’s name and the name(s) of the delivery person(s) as appears on their drivers license at least 72 hours prior to delivery. A map of the NPS campus is included for your convenience and that of your shipping company. |
