All participants, attendees, panelists, speakers, exhibitors and presenters must be registered;
Registration is available online through our secure website, or by fax, phone or email;
One poster presentation may be included with each registered participant at no additional charge. The poster must be registered and comply with the delivery and presentation instructions detailed on the Poster Registration Form (.pdf version) or; Poster Registration Form (.doc version).
There are a limited number of exhibit/demonstration spaces available for non-sponsors. A space rental fee applies which includes one participant registration. Two exhibit/demonstration sessions are scheduled: Wednesday September 1, concurrent with the Poster Session at NPS and Friday September 3 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey. PLEASE NOTE: The Conference is open to U.S. Citizens only.
Full Conference Registration (Monday August 30 to Friday September 3). Includes admission to all scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions and meals for the full conference.
Single Day Registration is available for Tuesday Aug. 31, Wednesday Sept. 1 or Thursday Sept. 2. The rate is 50% of the full event fee in effect at the time of registration. Fee includes admission to scheduled sessions, presentations, receptions and meals for the selected day only.
